With a differentiated proposal and in partnership with trainees from a large company, we created a collaborative board game which helped our client to expose its values and mission, in a transparent and dynamic way.
Candidates were surprised with an activity dynamic, different and contextualized with “facts” of an intern's day-to-day life.
The idea was that everyone would “win from the selection process”, the participants with added knowledge about the company, areas and us with an efficient behavioral assessment tool.
This innovative process resulted in us being among the 10 best internship selection processes in Brazil, according to research carried out by 99jobs.
